Fitness classes
With our gym membership, you will also gain access to our daily fitness classes, with so much choice from classes such as Studio Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, Pump and Swimfit to Legs, Bums & Tums and Salsa Aerobics.

Spa and beauty
Alongside our gym, we also have our very own health & beauty spa at our Holiday Inn Southampton-Eastleigh, where you can treat yourself to some relaxation or pampering. Spirit Health Club shop
We offer a wide range of Zogg’s swimming costumes & accessories within the club reception. Whether it’s shorts, costumes, armbands, goggles, floats or swim nappies you need, our extensive range of items means you can still enjoy the pool & relaxation areas even if you’ve forgotten to pack your kit. Club members receive discounts at the club shop.
