“The milk and cookie upon arrival and the packed lunch were thoughtful”
My wife, two year old, and I stayed here as part of a weekend package to Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. The hotel was ideal! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the little touches like the milk and cookie upon arrival and the packed lunch upon departure were thoughtful.
The swimming pool was a bonus (it was nice to have a sauna and steam room for the adults), and the children’s play area next to the bar meant that we could have a drink whilst the wee one played with the other children who were staying.
The room was fairly small, but had everything you would expect. It was nice to already have the travel cot set up for us upon arrival. The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty. All you want really. Overall, a great place to stay!

“Activity pack on arrival, big bedroom and fantastic breakfast”
Travelling with a 2 yr old and a newborn we were anxious as to staying all together in one room but we were SO blessed to have room 318 – request it! A 2 bedroom suite! The room was clean and tidy, all amenities as stated. Breakfast on the first day was table service with a really good selection of hot and cold food. The second morning they had opened the buffet with social distance measures in place.
All staff are very friendly and helpful – I honestly could not find fault! Overall a fantastic stay at the hotel- which made our adventure to Peppa pig world even better! My 2-year-old was absolutely chuffed with the hotel – her welcome activity pack on arrival, the big bedroom and fantastic breakfast. Thank you to all staff! You are dealing with the challenges of Covid exceptionally well!

“It was our daughter’s 2nd birthday Ellie went above and beyond”
Today we visited Peppa Pig World and are spending the night at The Holiday Inn, Eastleigh. Upon arrival and checking in the staff were great. The shining light of our stay has been Ellie in the restaurant. She was very friendly and helpful which is always nice. Then after a short conversation in which we mentioned it was our daughter’s 2nd birthday, she went above and beyond to make our evening meal so special by bringing out her dessert with a candle and singing happy birthday.

“We’d recommend the Peppa Pig package deal”
We had a lovely weekend break at the Holiday Inn in Eastleigh with the Peppa Pig World package deal. It’s a really nice hotel with friendly staff, good food and comfortable bedrooms. They did their very best to work around the COVID-19 restrictions and keep everyone safe. We’d definitely go back, the children loved it and we’d recommend the Peppa Pig package deal.

“Thanks for making our half term holiday fantastic”
Stayed there for Peppa pig’s world and extended our stay to explore the area more and go to the zoo. Everyone at the hotel was super attentive: the kids got complimentary cookies and a colouring set. The rooms were very clean and towels and bed linen was fresh. The hotel is very family-friendly and offers a lot for kids: pool, playroom (which is separated with windows from the restaurant- so as a parent you can have your meal/ drink and watch the kids play meanwhile- big bonus!). The restaurant manager deserves a separate 5* review: managed to speak to each guest, offered services and catered for everyone’s needs-kudos to him! Excellent experience overall and thanks for making our half term holiday fantastic.

“All staff made the effort to make our daughters day extra special”
On our way home from a 2 night stay at Holiday Inn as part of a Peppa Pig package. Whilst here we celebrated our daughters 2nd Birthday and whilst I wouldn’t normally leave a review we strongly felt it necessary due to the exceptional service received from all staff members at this hotel.
Nothing was too much trouble and all staff made the effort to make our daughters day extra special. Upon arrival, our room was decorated with banners, balloons and a birthday card personalised to her. They brought balloons to us at breakfast and brought out her desert in the evening with a candle and sang happy birthday.
The play area for kids was the main reason we chose this hotel as it seemed more catered towards small children and it proved very useful in the evenings to keep her occupied. Staff are a credit to the hotel and we will definitely visit again! Thank you!
