When you’re looking for private dining rooms in Southampton, you want somewhere that will make you feel special. The Holiday Inn Southampton – Eastleigh does exactly that as you sit back and enjoy being waited on with superb food and service in stylish surroundings.
The Oak Suite is the perfect location to host a corporate function. It can accommodate up to 90 guests and has its own bar to make your event a success.
Should you require something more intimate, we have a number of smaller rooms that can accommodate around 40 guests. All of our function rooms are in their own dedicated area so should you be lucky enough to be our only function on that day, you will have the place to yourself!
Our Event Coordinator will make sure all of the details are finalised, all you need to do is invite your guests! We can also tailor menus to suit any dietary requirements or even just a food preference. Let us know what you would like and we will almost certainly be able to deliver it.

Our dedicated dining team will look after all the arrangements so your event runs like clockwork, and it stays within your budget. They have the experience and knowledge to make sure everything you want happens when and where it should. This can even include arranging overnight accommodation so you and your guests can relax, knowing you don’t have to drive home afterwards.
Private dining available from £25.00 per person
Private dining package are available from just £25.00 per person (based upon a minimum of 10 persons) and includes a three-course sit-down meal followed by tea and coffee.
